The area's shown in red are some
of the early locations for the Fauxes, Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Middlesex, Leicestershire,
Yorkshire,Gloucestershire, Warwickshire,Worcestershire and Nottinghamshire.The
area's shown in blue are some of the later locations for the Fauxes, Staffordshire
and Lancashire. Colonies of Fauxes could be found located along the line of
the main A5 road which was the main coach route from London to Holyhead in North
Wales and part of the Roman road known as 'Watling street'. In later years, possibly
during the industrial revolution some appear to have relocated looking for employment
in more lucrative regions.Area's shown
in Black are family group's in Wales and Scotland, Unfortunately very little appears
to be recorded regarding these group's.
